AICAC Program

Cultural Awareness Training

The full title (which can be altered by the Client) is Australian Indigenous Cultural Awareness & Competency Program (AICAC).. AICAC is an online program, available in both outright purchase or 12 month Subscription model.

Developed in partnership with Corporate Culcha, the current AICAC version is 5.1.

Cultural Capability eLearning prgram

  • AICAC provides the first steps to Cultural Awareness and Competency and is the core component of a Workplace blended learning solution.
  • AICAC includes content examples of competency based practice via case studies, video interviews and role plays to support Employment, Engagement, Procurement, and Customer service skill development.
  • AICAC leaves participants with practical tools and skills they can use immediately in their day to day responsibilities, rather than just information.
  • The program design allows for customisation and branding to meet the needs of your organisation, with internal actions and initiatives socialised and embedded within the program (if required).

The AICAC program is broken up into three Modules:

  • Historical perspectives (Our History).
  • Cultural perspectives (Our Culture).
  • Putting into Practice (Our Future).

The program in its entirety takes employees approximately 60 minutes to complete. We also offer a 30 minute version of the program.

Rapid Prototyping is where we get focus on the functionality and leave the look & feel (User interface) to last. The goal is to see and prove the software will achieve the desired outcomes with minimum time, effort and cost involved.
